I reckon 2005 was a 2, 2006 was a 3, and in 2007 some things are looking up, my arthritis is completely controlled by meds so I can work out, we refinanced a chunk of debt, and that's about it.

Mine was a 7 - despite losing Gramps (which wasn't a bad thing - it was his time to go) I had lots of personal growth and whatnot, and I got two new super-cuhl guitars.

since the intersection of our separate "read" lists this year is a sizeable set.

The tire couldn't be patched/plugged ? I've gotten to the point the ye old waggone gets the $20 retread specials when it needs new tires. Not gonna put $85 michelins on there, no way.

This thing had a giant mettle bolt the size of Montana stuck in it. It was toast.
I could have gotten away with just replacing the one bad tyre but decided to put two new ones on so when I sell this old bucket of bolts it will have great tread on all 4 tyres.
Say - you and the missus aren't in the market for an 86 Escort are you? I'll let you have it for $4,000. That's a damn great deal you know.
